Photographer and inventor - the man who made the Dells famous. The only preserved 19th century photographic studio in the world.
- Tommy Bartlett Exploratory
100s of hands-on exhibits and the Russian MIR space station.
- Ripley's Believe It Or Not
Oddities from all over the world.
- Circus World Museum, Baraboo
Circus artifacts, restored circus wagons and a summertime big top show beside the Baraboo river.
- Museum of Historic Torture Devices
The infamous tools of torturers including thumbscrews, the rack, the cucking stool and the Chinese death cage. Exhibits include torture devices and graphic images.
- Sauk County Historical Society, Baraboo
A collection of local antiques and historical records in a turn-of-the-century mansion. Open year-round Tuesday-Saturday, 12 to 5 pm. Donations accepted.
- Pioneer Log Village, Reedsburg
An 1890's log village containing homes, a church and cemetery, a blacksmith shop, country school and a country store. About 15 minutes away on Highway 33. Open 1 to 4pm Saturdays and Sundays from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Norman Rockwell Museum, Reedsburg
4,000 original Norman Rockwell magazine covers, calendars, story illustrations, advertisements and other memorabilia. Now housed at the Voyageur Inn.
