7. Veggie Roll-Ups - Flour tortilla filled with sun dried tomatoes, pesto cream cheese, smoked almonds, and crisp mixed veggies - 1 roll = 3 servings  $3.00  per serving  -  $9.00 per roll

5. Tabouleh - bulgur wheat tossed with mint, parsley, tomato and cucumber - $6.00

6. Garden Salad   - Crisp mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, julienne carrots, croutons and a choice of honey mustard or herb-ranch dressing - $4.50

 

ENTREES:

1. Jumbo cheese-filled ravioli served on a bed of home-made marinara sauce with grilled zucchini and garlic-parmesan breadsticks. - $14.95

2. Mushroom Stroganoff - Mushroom Stroganoff fresh, locally grown Portobello, Shiitake and button mushrooms in a rich and creamy Burgundy-sour cream sauce. Served on a bed of egg noodles. - $12.95

3.  Hungarian Goulash - Our rendition of an Eastern European classic includes scrumptious morsels of vegetables and tofu slowly simmered in a sour-cream paprika sauce. Served with pierogi (potato dumplings) and Bavarian sauerkraut. - $13.95

4. Roasted Leek & Goat Cheese Pie - dressed with bulgur wheat pilaf OR Mediterranean lemon rice, and marinated tomatoes. - $11.95

5. Thai Stir-Fry - An assortment of fresh vegetables and seasoned tofu stir-fried with our famous Thai peanut coconut curry sauce. Served with basmati rice. - $12.95

6.   Pasta Siciliana - Spinach fettuccine tossed with meaty marinara sauce. - $9.95

7.  Savory Chicken Pot Pie - Individually baked in a flaky pastry shell containing chicken (white meat), mixed vegetables and herbs smothered in rich creamy gravy. - $12.95

8.  Lightly breaded, pan-fried chicken breast served with tangy BBQ sauce, roasted potatoes, and lemon broccoli. - $14.95

9. Beef Stroganoff - slowly simmered in a rich mushroom and burgundy wine sauce served on a bed of curly egg noodles garnished with sour cream - $14.95

10. Thai Beef Stir-fry - seasoned strips of beef and vegetables  tossed in a coconut, curry, peanut sauce garnished with roasted cashews and toasted coconut served with choice of brown or jasmine rice. - $16.95

11. Seafood Pasta Primavera - tri-color fusilli, crab, shrimp, seasonal veggies, fresh basil, sundried Tomatoes in a creamy pesto - $17.95.
