No need for them to tackle the expressway drive, just get on the Amtrack from Chicago. It arrives in Wisconsin Dells at our beautifully restored heritage railway station located just 4 blocks from our Inn.

What will that look like?  A wonderful breakfast every morning and plenty of time to relax and enjoy the "million dollar view" down the river from the 20 foot heated porch of the Sherman House, a prairie style home built over 100 years ago.  We are just one block from the main street of town, walking distance from great restaurants and shops that are open all year long and there are several taxi companies that will get you to many of the sites to see what is here and around the Dells.
