Wollersheim Winery A national historic site overlooking the Wisconsin River and producing nationally recognized wines, including the Prairie Fume. Winemaker Philippe Coquard combines tradition with the unique climate and growing season of Wisconsin to produce regional wines distinctive to this area of Wisconsin. Winery visitors may take a guided tour that includes the rich history as well as an explanation of the traditional and modern wine facilities.
